At Textili, we check all items to ensure that they are in perfect condition before sending.

Return Conditions
- Returned within 7 days of receivership
- Sent via a trackable post method
- Sent with your name clearly marked on your parcel & include your RQ number
- In their original packaging with all tags intact
- Not worn, altered, damaged or washed
How Return An Item
- Simply email us with your request at hello@textili.com.au
- We will issue you with a RA number (Returns Authority Number)
- We will then advise further instructions. (Please note: we will not accept any returns without an RA Number.)
Returned items are at the expense of the customer & are non refundable. If requesting an exchange, please provide a suitable sized pre-paid post bag with your return. Your item will be sent to the same address in which you allocated on your original order, unless otherwise stated.
All refunds will be credited via the same gateway in which your payment was made.Refunds do not include shipping.

- Textili is not responsible for damaged or lost items returned by customers.
- Textili has the right to refuse returns that they feel do not meet with our terms & conditions.

Please note: Australia Post are experience some delays due to COVID. Whist we endeavour to dispatch orders at the time of placement, please allow 24 – 48 hours for orders to be shipped. All orders will be shipped using trackable methods.
